This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

You will need the following items to complete registration:

Player Photo

Birth Certificate

Most Recent Report Card

ONE proof of residency (Preferably a parents DL with CURRENT address)

Emergency Contact Information

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available. A mail-in option for check payment is also available. All discounts will be applied at checkout.
